The standard package

Our standard package starts from £545. This will typically include around 3-4 hours of filming within a 30 mile radius of Ipswich, Suffolk where DHP Digital Video is based. This package would commence with arrival at the venue an hour or so before the bride. Filming will then usually cover arrival of guests, arrival of the bridal party, followed by the ceremony, photo shoot and departure for the reception.

Mostly though, the weddings that we cover are all day events. The above would still apply but we would continue on to the reception venue where we would film the guests and the newlyweds relaxing, the speeches, cutting of the cake and even the first few dances of the evening celebrations. We don't set a fixed time limit as we appreciate that every wedding is different. For this reason we don't offer standardised formula "Bronze, Silver, Gold" type package options because we believe that if a job is worth doing it's worth doing right and not cutting corners.

Our working radius We do, however, have to charge a bit extra for transport depending upon your location within our 200 mile working radius. Mileage is costed at standard rates and our pricing structure remains clear and concise right from the first agreement - there are no hidden costs or surprises once we have discussed and agreed a figure with you.

Maximum cost For a very full day at a location towards the furthest extent of our 200-mile radius, the total cost would be up to £745. This might involve for example 3-4 hours of travel to the region of filming, an overnight stay prior to the big day, being available for up to 9 (or more!) hours to film, and this cost would include round trip mileage (for example 400 miles would be £50 of the total for fuel alone) and accommodation.

Price includes editing Our cost includes editing to a polished, professional DVD production and your choices of music (subject to licences which we usually arrange and include in the overall cost - please see our FAQs page for more information).

Optional extras Please see below for optional extras for your wedding video which are available as additional items to the standard package - bride preparation at home and staying to the end of the evening - whether footage of these is required is very much down to the bride and groom's personal preference. Also bear in mind that anything within imagination is possible - locations and budget permitting - just ask!

• "Vox Pops" - where friends and relatives give their personal special message for the bride and groom which is recorded as a series of takes either individually or in groups (this footage can then be cut into the main wedding video or included on the DVD as a separate mini-film): from £75-130
